Geo Enterprises was founded by Larry and Aaron Marshall, a dedicated father-son team. Larry, originally from South Dakota, spent a decade living in three African countries, where he began his drilling career by providing fresh water wells to remote villages in desperate need. Upon his return to the U.S., Larry shifted his focus to geothermal well drilling. Recognizing the potential to expand their impact, Larry and his son Aaron decided to start a drilling company together. Larry served as President of the company until his passing in 2009. Since then, Aaron has led Geo Enterprises, continuing his father’s legacy with the same passion and commitment. Aaron is a licensed well driller in South Dakota and an accredited geothermal system installer through the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Business Management in 1999 and has been an active participant in the Rapid City building industry since 2000.

Geo Enterprises has drilled numerous water wells and thousands of geothermal wells throughout the Black Hills of South Dakota and the surrounding regions. Looking ahead, we are committed to continuous growth to serve our communities with quality water and geothermal wells, upholding the values of integrity and honesty that have been our foundation since the beginning. We cater primarily to the residential and commercial new construction industry. While we occasionally drill wells for existing homes and businesses, our main focus remains on new construction projects. Our journey began out of necessity, providing clean water sources for small African villages. We continue drilling because we believe in the vital importance of water as the essence of life, and we take pride in delivering this essential service to our customers.
