Geo Enterprises was founded by Larry and Aaron Marshall, a dedicated father-son team. Larry, originally from South Dakota, spent a decade living in three African countries, where he began his drilling career by providing fresh water wells to remote villages in desperate need. Upon his return to the U.S., Larry shifted his focus to geothermal well drilling. Recognizing the potential to expand their impact, Larry and his son Aaron decided to start a drilling company together. Larry served as President of the company until his passing in 2009. Since then, Aaron has led Geo Enterprises, continuing his father’s legacy with the same passion and commitment. Aaron is a licensed well driller in South Dakota and an accredited geothermal system installer through the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association.
